My go-to place for facials. Duration is just nice, not too long and draggy. Service is great and rooms are super clean and comfortable. Joey, my therapist does a wonderful job. Always looking forward 🙂

i have been with Hester for quite awhile now. it has always been an enjoyable session with her. Hester is meticulous, considerate, cheerful and always do her best for her clients; in my experience. idk where she gets all her energy from haha but it does make one feel comfortable and happy to be greeted by her.
no hard selling but she does share with you the different treatments they have to address your concerns. what i like about her is that she also listens to me before recommending me anything.

I found Vim Beauty by chance while I was getting an ampule lash perm next door at Denude. I was very impressed and happy with their services and especially with Hester. She was very professional and helped me find the right facial for my skin type. Her technique was on point and the facial massage was so relaxing! I noticed a difference even with one session. I also appreciated that they don’t hard sell and push services that are not right for you. Definitely recommend and I will be back!

First time doing facial here. Joey was very friendly and overall facial service was good. After facial she explain some of the treatments to me. I also appreciate that she did not hard-sell, unlike many other facial places outside. Will be back next month for Retinol treatment. 🙂

Just tried the Eternal treatment for anti aging and moisture replenishment. Really liked it and came out of the treatment with face feeling plump and hydrated. Nearly 2mths later and no promised update whatsoever from them.
Avoid at all costs.

Bought a package in Dec as I had a good experience with them. However, suddenly everything changed overnight in March. Staff left and there was no appointment slots until April. Went back for my appointment recently and it was very underwhelming. Before the start of my facial, staff kept hardselling me new packages when I am still in my first package.
During the sessions, they also kept hard selling top up services. There was also steps that they seemed to have missed from thee original program that I was sold. Microneedling used to cover the neck but was not this time round. No more oxygen spray during the program as well. Therapist was also quite rough when doing the microneedling, as compared to the previous therapist.
More hardselling when the facial ended.
It was a very poor experience despite being marketed as upscale establishment.

I have never dealt with an establishment which is so irresponsible. Your entire therapists and staff left overnight after operating less than 6 months and I am worried on my existing package. I asked for a call back from the management to address my concerns and till date after 2 weeks nobody has called me at all and ignored my messages on whatapps completely. I spent more than 10k there and yet nobody bothered to call me. How frightening it is for me to spend all these money and yet nobody call me to address my concerns. Is this how you conduct your business? Please do a refund of my package asap.

They lost all the therapists whom I signed up with overnight and when I asked for an appointment they told me they are “training new ones” and cld only book end of March onwards. As treatments require experience I had ask for their previous experience and number of years to which I was told these are PDPA info. ?! I didn’t ask for their ic or mobile number!
Are they trying to pull a fast one on me. Not to mention the tardy replies. Given I still have a good amount of package left likely will need to escalate this further
Just to add: they belong to the same owner and for the seemingly successful salon vim I had high hopes for better outcomes.

Did a CollagenLift treatment today and was amazed that it was painless despite using the same technology as HIFU. As HIFU normally gives a prickly effect especially on sensitive skin. The lifting results were immediate. Overall I enjoyed the experience and everyone was approachable too.
